Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient even though i was rather picky and looking for a specific vehicle, and was able to get me a great deal on exactly what i wanted. Overall, i am very pleased, and highly recommend Rob.

Brian is a super nice guy & is a great representative for this dealership. Just here for an oil change & he made it a point to speak to me & ask if I had any problems. I tell everyone how professional and pleasant you guys are to work with. I’m from Saginaw and a lot if friends ask why I came here instead of going to Saginaw, originally I wanted a Chevy Blazer test drive here, and decided on the Equinox instead. I believe small town service is much better! And, will be back!

My new RIDE

Bob Simerau was very knowable and helpful in helping to find the right vehicle for me. We stopped at the dealership on a day they were closed. Bob was there, He talked and walked the lot with us for nearly an hour. So we made an appointment with him for the next working day. He is very pleasant to work with and no pressure. We purchased a low mileage used vehicle. Rob Kuberski was also very pleasant to work with on the paper work. Every one we encountered there was very friendly.

McDonalds is THE BEST, hands down!

I was on a fact-finding mission since I had never leased a vehicle. Jason Belior and Bob Simerau walked me through everything. I left there with two new leased vehicles. One for me and more importantly, one for my wife. It is her first new vehicle and she could not be happier! Happy wife, happy life, thanks guys! I will be a McDonalds customer for life.

Made an appointment with Mark. When I arrived he was on the phone. He never greeted me. He never got off the phone the whole i was there. I wandered around the dealership. Nobody bothered to assist the whole time. After 1/2 of looking, I finally left. 10 minutes later Mark calls me leaving message telling me he was sorry.but he had to take the call he was on. 3 minutes after that I think it was a sales manager who texted me asking how much experience was. Really? I leave in disgust as nobody seemed that interested in helping or really wanting to sell a car. Now they want to know how my experience was? Well, you suck and lost a ready.to go sale. I am in the market for a car. There are a lot of dealers around. I sure won't be coming back here.

TRIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN

I went to this dealership alone...being a woman. A friend had bought their exact same car there a year earlier hat I was wanting to purchase. When they bought it they were given a good trade in value for a car that DIDNT WORK with a broken head gasket. I went ALONE as a woman with a jeep in great condition and was offered 3000 for a Jeep I just paid 7000 for ***3 months ago***. I didnt like the jeep and wanted something different. I was told that the "MANAGER WOULDNT BUDGE ON THAT". I am not ignorant. My jeep was in pristine condition and had extra added features like towing and other things etc as well as a brand new cadillac converter. I was also quoted the highest and longest payments on the smallest car at a 7 year payment. I immediately went to their competition who (not knowing I went to McDonalds Chev) offered me 5000 trade in and also offered to give me any other incentives possible to pay this off. They then showed me a nice SUV brand new with cheaper and shorter payments of 3 years. Hmmm. I got 2 quotes that day on my jeep. Both at 5000.00. (Wont budge in trade value eh McDonalds Chev?) What your manager was trying to do was rip me off and take advantage of me because you thought I would fall for it. Well. I took my friend with me to the competitors (the one who bought the other car from him) and now she will also be purchasing a car from the competition thanks to Mcdonalds chevrolet's low ball offer to me from the Mr so called "manager".Shaking my head. I would watch this place if you are a woman going in alone. They think women are pretty dumb. No issue with the saleman as much as the manager who told the salesperson he refused to budge on the price. But not impressed tgat later he tried also to offer me 600 more when he heard I was going elsewhere. Still way low.
