The only unfortunate thing was how long it took, as we brought our 2 children with us because we didn't have a sitter. Other then that the team was great the experience was great and I would buy another car from McDonald Chevrolet.

Ryan Ward was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and upfront. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle.

The service department got my vehicle in on time. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Provided me a loaner when the repair work stretched a little longer than originally planned. The repair part of my visit went well. Unfortunately, the warranty part did not. I have driven Ford F-150's for the past 40 years. 2 years ago I purchased my Silverado because I was fed up with the F150's poor reliability. My previous Ford experience taught me that buying a used vehicle requires also purchasing an extended warranty. So when I purchased my 2020 Silverado I also bought the extended warranty. It cost me nearly $5K for that warranty. Now 2 years into my ownership of the Silverado I incurred this $1570 dollar repair and the AUL warranty folks tell me the repair isn't covered. Thank you very much for that poke in the eye. They said my oil leak was somehow an emission issue and they don't cover emissions problems. Not a happy camper with those folks I tell you.

I have been working with McDonald Chevrolet for more than a decade leasing vehicles and ultimately buying my last lease (a 2019 Equinox LT AWD). All of these transactions were put together by Mike Daniel, Andy, and Wayne. I was so pleased with their willingness to get me the best offer and deal and always ready to offer me any and all assistance whenever needed. As a result of their continuing salesmanship, I decided to lease a new 2025 Equinox EV, which I got this past Thursday (July 3). I believe Chevy hit a home run with this vehicle. I also had to have repairs made to my 2019 Equinox, and I want to thank Tim Phillips and Josh Allen along with the entire body shop crew who made my car look showroom appearance by their artisanship. If you want a top-notch dealer and their team of experts to give you the same quality and service I have had, you need look to no one other than Team McDonald.

Jason Bellor and Rob did an excellent job of walking us through the paper work and getting to know our new vehicle. Our only complaint is against GM for putting cheap tires on their cars that will not make it through the 2 year lease. If GM tries to make us pay for the tires we will be done with buying or leasing GM vehicles. We will go to their competitors.

Came in just for an oil change. Sold us on getting a filter for the cabin. Then you guys do NOT have it in stock and had to ordered it without coming back to make sure he had another hour to wait. Communication is lacking and in turn he was late for work. He was also told it could not be taking off his bill before he had even paid for it after he finally had to go ask what the wait so long was for. (Since no one bothered to come back and Communicate to him it needed to be orederd with another hour wait.)

I was very happy with the service I received. I wanted a topper for my truck and a call to Ryan, was all it took. He ordered it and it was in within a couple days and he called to get it taken care of. Very happy with it, and Ryan Ward is the best.

I appreciate the ipad pictures showing me what is wrong with my car. I would prefer if nothing is wrong with my car you don't text me, because the paper copy was more thorough. The email of text just states I had and oil change it does not tell me that the guy checked all the 15 point inspections. I like to see that on paper. That way I can see what level my fluids are etc. I prefer a paper copy of the check list. I am not happy with email or texting. How can I get a paper copy that is way more descriptive of the work performed please?

I was in for an oil change, I told the service advisor when writing up my vehicle. I would like my air filter and cabin, air filter checked and replaced if necessary. They checked them and said they’re still OK. I was impressed. They didn’t just change them and charge me.

1st class operation. Josh made everything seem less. Bump shop boys did a great job. Oh, and thanks for the loaner. 5 stars!

Easy to work with

They did good on the tire rotation filled the wiper fluid but forgot to close the lid. My main concern was the charge port cover; it is not closing tight I am worried that when I go through an automatic car wash that the brushes may get under it and really damage the cover. It looks like it might be missing a pin latch on the lower back of the cover. They did do some work on that side of the car to repair damage done by a deer. They did look at it but had no reference like another car to know if something is different. The cover does have a pin latch toward the front of the cover and the front closes tight and it looks like it was designed for a pin latch in the back but there is no pin.

Excellent response and communication from beginning to end with Mitch. I have bought many vehicles in my 73 years and this experience was one of the easiest and smoothest. Shout out to Mcdonald Cadillac/GMC in Saginaw. Sales manager took initiative when he was not going to have what I wanted. He checked other Mcdonald locations and found exactly what I was looking for at Millington location.

Im just slightly confussed. I am having coolant issues on my 2024 colorado. The tech that wrote me up said that it was the top hose that was leaking. But he also told me that the colorado has this issue with the coolant line leaking and there is my dilemma. If the colorado is indeed having this issue shouldnt it be replaced for free? Instead im told it will cost me over 600 follars to repair it, thst on top of the 182 bucks i already paid to have them look at it and diagnosed the issue. I have bought several vehicals from you guys and am now starting to second guess my decision. Im not looking for a hand out by any means but if this is an on going issue seems to me that it should be repaired and the problem thats causing this issue fixed. When i got home i went on line and did see where this is an issue with other folfs as well.

Very professional staff,quality work on service, price is high but you get what you pay for. The onley reason you dident get a 5 star is the I think 3 percent charge to use a credit card is absolutely ridiculous after spending nearly 500 dollars on a trans flush and tire rotation absolutely greed
